<li>1/4 cup salt</li>
<li>1/4 cup sugar</li>
<li>1/4 cup Hungarian paprika</li>
<li>2 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper</li>
</ul>
<p>Put the salt, sugar, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl and stir to mix. I keep mine in a zipper bag. Away from light and heat, this rub will last for about 6 months.</p>
<p>Makes about 3/4 cup</p>
