- 1/4 cup salt
- 1/4 cup sugar
- 1/4 cup Hungarian paprika
- 2 Tbsp coarsely ground black pepper
Put the salt, sugar, paprika, and pepper in a small bowl and stir to mix. I keep mine in a zipper bag. Away from light and heat, this rub will last for about 6 months.
Makes about 3/4 cup
